Objective

To design and launch an engaging, AI-powered career transformation program that helps individuals uncover their strengths, align with their purpose, and land fulfilling jobs in 30 days.

The goal was to create a seamless user journey from curiosity to conversion, combining clarity of message, strong visual identity, and an intuitive course experience

What we've done

2. Designed and structured the full course experience (Explorer, Pioneer, Legend tiers)

3. Wrote copy and UX flow for landing page and course interface

Creative Process

1. Discovery: Conducted deep research on user psychology, pain points, and motivation to learn what holds people back from aligning career with purpose.

2. Content Architecture: Structured the course into 4 thematic weeks with progressive AI-based exercises and reflection points.

3. UX & UI Design: Created a minimalist yet emotionally resonant interface emphasizing clarity, trust, and action.

4. Testing & Optimization: Iterated based on user feedback to refine navigation, visual hierarchy, and interactive elements.

5. Launch: Deployed on Kajabi with AI-driven automations and ran Google Ads campaigns that effectively drove targeted traffic and conversions.

Results

Within the first month, the 30-Day Career Formula campaign attracted paying users from multiple countries, converting over 8% of visitors from Google Ads. The product broke even in its first weeks and became the foundation for future course launches under the We Are Legends brand.

Conclusion

The 30-Day Career Formula project showcased how design, strategy, and systems thinking can work together to turn an idea into a profitable product. From defining the brand to optimizing user flow and ad performance, the project blended creativity with conversion, resulting in something that not only looked good but performed effectively.
